Stealth Computer presented a new small format computer

The list of devices manufactured by Stealth Computer, a new model - a compact computer LPC-480. The full name of the new Extreme Power LPC-480, it refers to small form factor systems (abbreviated SFF) and is based on the Intel Ivy Bridge platform.

According to the manufacturer, Extreme Power LPC-480 is the most powerful computer ever produced by Stealth Computer. It is based on the Intel Ivy Bridge hardware platform, namely the Core i7-3610QE processor with 4 cores. The frequency of the processor is 2.3 GHz, you can increase it to 3.3 GHz. The kit includes 4 GB of internal RAM, with the possibility of its increase up to 16 GB, and a hard disk of 500 GB or 1 TB. If desired, the hard drive can be replaced by a 2.5-inch solid-state drive.
Despite its compact dimensions (250x146x42 mm), there was a place in the Extreme Power LPC-480 package for installing a thin optical DVD-drive, optionally its more modern alternative in the form of a Blu-ray recorder.

The list of options includes four USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, outputs for connecting DVI-D and D-Sub, one RJ45 socket, two serial ports and audio ports. There is a Gigabit Ethernet network controller and Realtek ALC892 codec for audio output.

The operating system is Windows. The user can choose from three versions of this OS - XP, 7 or 8. For those who do not like Microsoft products or simply prefer operating systems and programs with open source, there is an alternative version of Extreme Power LPC-480 running Ubuntu Linux. The cost of a computer starts from 1 thousand 325 dollars, when it appears in Russia (and whether it will appear at all) is not reported.
