SolidRun has unveiled its latest development in the field of computer technology. This is a miniature computer with great potential. Cubox Pro is an updated version of Cubox, comes with 2 GB of DDR3 RAM on board and is open to developers.
The device is presented in the form of a cube with a face about 5 cm and weighing only 91 grams. Cubox Pro consumes less than 3 watts of power, supports Linux distributions, including Ubuntu, Debian, GeeXboX, openelec.tv, and even Android.
The computer without forced air cooling is based on the ARM PJ4 processor with a frequency of 800 MHz, has an infrared receiver, a Gigabit Ethernet connector, SPDIF, eSata 3Gbps, two USB 2.0 ports, a slot for microSD memory cards, and support for outputting 1080p video (Full HD ) via HDMI.
