Internet forums are full of indignant messages from victims of such a deception of people. But you and I understand that they must first blame themselves for this. A lot of people do not even realize that it is almost impossible to port a game of this scale from a game console to a PC. What to say about the fact that anti-virus applications are also not installed at all. And even despite the fact that in the comments to the torrent file, more intelligent users warn everyone else that there is nothing in the distribution except viruses, they persist in downloading the infected image of the game. Truly, if a person wants something, no persuasion will stop him.
Prior to this, users awaiting the release of GTA 5 on a PC have already encountered online scams. The game downloaded from the torrent tracker politely asked to transfer a small amount of money for its activation to the specified details. After the money was successfully transferred, the user remained with broken dreams and a purse empty for a certain amount.
The moral of this story is that you do not need to buy into loud statements about long-awaited video games, and generally treat with great skepticism information received from Internet sources.
