LG will show its V960 computer in an all-in-one form factor with an ultra-wide screen at IFA 2013. The V960 comes with a 29-inch IPS monitor with a 21: 9 aspect ratio. The new computer will come with a pre-installed Windows 8 operating system. A well-known South Korean company, while improving its smart phones, does not forget that it is time for good old computers to take on a new look.
Screen resolution: 2560 x 1080; graphic system: Nvidia GeForce GT 640M. The display supports the “picture in picture” system, so you can watch TV or video from another digital device and use the computer at the same time.
According to the Electronista resource, a keyboard and a mouse will be included with the LG V960 computer. It is not yet clear whether the new product will have the same connectors as other representatives of the UltraWide line. We are talking about support for MHL, HDMI and DisplayPort. There is also no clarity as to whether it will have a TV tuner, like the previously presented 29MA73 monitor. More information about the new computer will be known only during its presentation at the IFA. The long-awaited exhibition will begin next week.
In the context of this message, it should be recalled that at the beginning of August 2013, LG showed three super-wide monitors. We are talking about models 29EA73, 29EB73 and 29MA73.
LG experts know a lot about screens. No wonder they say that this company will become the main supplier of displays for the next generation iPad.
