Shown at the beginning of this month at the exhibition Computex, the new slider-ultrabook with a touchscreen display Slider S20 from MSI will cost around $ 799-899 at the time of launch on sale. At least that's what the latest rumors say that go around the device.
According to the DigiTimes portal, a hybrid ultrabook slider running the Windows 8 operating system should appear on sale in October or November of this year. The device will offer a 11.6-inch touchscreen display.
At the moment, the final technical characteristics of the new items are still being discussed in MSI itself. What is known for certain, the hybrid will run on a third-generation Intel Core processor. So, most likely, the device will be running the Windows 8 operating system, rather than Windows RT, which will be used in ARM-based tablets (as the recently announced Surface from Microsoft itself).
In addition, the novelty is likely to get support for Bluetooth 4.0, port (ports) USB 3.0, LAN and HDMI. Since the device has a touchscreen display, it will not use the trackpad.
