Gateway Announces NE Series Notebook Line

Gateway officially unveiled the NE Series notebooks, which included the NE56R10u, NE56R11u, NE56R12u, NE56R13u, NE56R15u, NE71B03u, and NE56R16u models . The modifications differ among themselves by the screen diagonal, the central processor and the hard disk capacity.

Models NE56R10u, NE56R11u and NE56R13u ​​are based on a dual-core Intel Celeron B820 CPU, which operates at a clock speed of 1.7 GHz, and are equipped with a 15.6-inch LED backlit display and a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The storage system of all three is represented by a hard disk with a capacity of 320 GB and a spindle speed of 5400 rev / min.

The Gateway NE56R12u and NE56R15u laptops are based on the Intel Pentium B950 dual-core CPU, running at 2.1 GHz. The display diagonal in both cases is 15.6 inches, and the resolution is 1366 x 768 pixels. The NE56R12u model is equipped with a 500 GB hard drive, and the NE56R15u model has a 320 GB HDD.

The NE71B03u and NE56R16u models are based on the AMD E-450 CPU (1.65 GHz) and Intel Core i5-2450 (2.5-3.1 GHz). The first model is equipped with a 17.3-inch display with a resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels, and the second received a 15.6-inch display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The size of the hard disk model NE71B03u is 500 GB, and the model NE56R16u - 320 GB.

All Gateway NE Series laptops have up to 8 GB of RAM, a DVD drive, three USB 2.0 ports, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules with 802.11 b / g / n support, a webcam, HDMI and VGA video outputs, and 6-cell battery with a capacity of 4400 mAh.
