# E3 | PC Gaming Show

For the third consecutive year, the PC Gamer magazine, in conjunction with the largest computer hardware manufacturers and video game developers, is organizing a conference dedicated to the latest in the gaming industry for the world's most popular platform - a personal computer. If you are interested in what the industry will enjoy in terms of interesting games in the coming months, we have prepared a report for you from this event and included information on the brightest announcements.

The first world premiere. 2K Games and Firaxis announced an addition to the game XCOM 2 with the subtitle War of the Chosen. It will be out on August 29th.

A new colorful game from the studio Double Fine of the famous game designer Tim Shafer is called Ooblets. It will be released next year for the PC and Xbox One.

The commercial of tactical strategy Battletech, the events of which unfold in the universe Mechwarrior. The game requires crowd-organizing support, so in the near future the fundraising for its completion will begin.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord.

Total War: Warhammer II. The release will take place on September 28, 2017.

On the stage, Doug Fisher from Intel rose. His company sponsors the event, so those present were ready to listen to the laudatory speeches addressed to the new processors. The developer of the game Destiny 2 also came on the scene and assured those present that their new game will actively use all the cores of the multi-core monsters of Intel. The new game Lone Echo studio Ready at Dawn is created with money from Intel and Oculus VR and includes the eSports Arena. The latter at first will be distributed to all comers for free, provided that you have the Oculus Rift headset. Intel plans to actively promote VR in the field of e-sports, which I personally can not but rejoice.

Charming game Tunic about a small fox, armed with a sword.

Separately it is worth noting that with the organization of the PC Gaming Show this year something is constantly going wrong. The lighting in the studio is simply disgusting, the demonstration screen is incredibly dim, the presenter is constantly forgetting to turn on the microphones or these microphones are very quiet and the voices just are not audible. It is felt that everything was done in a hurry and not all problems were resolved before the start of the event.

Creator PlayerUnknown's Battleground spoke about the future of his game.

Demonstration of the game Killing Floor 2: The Summer Side Show, supporting virtual reality. The game will be available for free tomorrow and will be free for users of the Steam service throughout the week.

The Last Night. The game that impressed me the most during the Microsoft conference. This incredible style immediately sinks in the heart.

The new game-designer Ylands from Bohemia Interactive has become much brighter and cartoon, rather than Arma or DayZ. In fact, with its help you can create your own unique game worlds in different styles.

Another world premiere. A new game from the creators of Do not Starve called GriftLands. It will be released either at the end of this year, or at the beginning of the next.

Cliff Blesinsky announced that his game LawBreakers will be released on August 8.

Adam Aysgreen from Microsoft came on stage to present the game Age of Empires: Definitive Edition to the 20th anniversary of the legendary series. The beta version will be launched in the very near future.

At this conference PC Gaming Show came to an end. Stay tuned and you will find out what Ubisoft, Sony and Nintendo have prepared for us.
